Regeringen vil fjerne anmeldelsespligt ved småbygninger

I dag må man kun opføre mindre bygninger på under 10 m2 uden at spørge kommunen om tilladelse. Fremover vil regeringen fjerne denne anmeldelsespligt, så man kan opføre bygninger på op til 35 m2 uden kommunens tilladelse. Det skriver Bolius.

Det betyder at ca. 10.000 boligejere årligt kan gå i gang med mindre byggeprojekter, som f.eks. en carport, hvor de før måtte vente 14 dage på kommunens tilladelse. Dog skal man naturligvis stadig overholde bygningsreglementet og andre love og regler og man f.eks. ikke bygge for tæt på skel.

"Samtidig slipper de for at skulle betale mellem 400 og 4.000 kr. i gebyr for anmeldelsen", siger erhvervs- og økonomiminister Brian Mikkelsen (K) til Bolius.
