Realdania beskyldt for urent trav

I begyndelsen af marts skrev Børsen at unavngivne kilder kritiserede Realdania for unfair konkurrence i forbindelse med deres støtte til datterselskabet Bolius, der driver kommerciel rådgivningsvirksomhed ved siden af sit videnscenter for boligejere. I en artikel i dag i byggeriets dagblad, Licitationen, afviser Økonomi- og erhvervsministeren at gribe ind, men vil holde øje med området.

30. mar 2010 - Børsen og Licitationen

I 2008 fik Bolius 50 mio. kr. fra Realdania og endte året med et underskud på 73 mio. kr., og sidste år fik Bolius 30 mio. kr. fra sit moderselskab, hvilket førte til et regnskab der stort set gik i nul.

I Børsens artikel ønsker kritikerne ikke at stå frem, fordi Realdania er så stor en magtfaktor i dansk byggeri, men en konkurrent til Bolius som Børsen har talt med siger: "Det undrer mig meget, at de kan få lov til dette her. Hele branchen undrer sig. Man kan jo se, at Bolius kører med underskud år efter år."

Realdanias adm. direktør Flemming Borreskov siger til Børsen: "Bolius tager markedsmæssige priser, og priserne ligger endda i den høje ende. Konkurrencestyrelsen har kigget på de her beskyldninger for nogle år siden og konkluderet, at der ikke var basis for at gribe ind over for det."

Flemming Borreskov pointerer derefter at pengene fra Realdania går til den filantropiske del af Bolius, som leverer gratis rådgivning til boligejere.

I en artikel i Licitationen i dag afviser Økonomi- og erhversminister Brian Mikkelsen at gribe ind, men siger at han vil holde øje med området.
